Cardiovascular Vitality: Blueprint for Longevity

The cardiovascular system serves as the body’s engine for circulating blood and functions akin to a pipe and pump mechanism. Any compromise in circulation can lead to substantial downstream consequences.

My definition of health is highly nutritious and oxygenated blood coursing through the body. If this is the case then we are full of vitality.

A significant component of my clinical experience relates to directly addressing the cardiovascular system, encompassing both heart health and circulation, as I feel it’s the primary factor influencing our longevity and overall well-being.

Many individuals experience fatigue, difficulty sleeping (despite fatigue), along with feelings of anxiety or depression. Others may notice chest tightness, especially during periods of stress, or perceive palpitations in their heartbeat. From a clinical perspective, a treatment approach which prioritises cardiovascular health helps alleviate these symptoms.

Common symptoms of those experienced a reduced efficiency of circulation through the cardiovascular system include:

Inability to sleep (insomnia),
Anxiety, panic attacks and being easily frightened,
Fatigue
Palpitations,
High blood pressure,
Tightness in the chest,
Shortness of breath,
Cold hands and feet,
Dizziness and even fainting.

This workshop is designed to assist participants understand what supports cardiovascular health and practical tools to support cardiovascular health.

During this workshop we will explore:

An explanation of how the cardiovascular system functions in everyday language and an examination of factors contributing to reduced blood flow throughout the body.
Identification of typical categories of pharmaceutical medications impacting the cardiovascular system and their basic mechanism of action in response to different causes of cardiovascular issues.
Exploration of the connection between cardiovascular well-being and emotional health, impacting our moods and presenting diverse treatment options.
Delve into practical take-home strategies and tools to support your daily life.
