Diabetes &Weight Loss: Facing the growing challenge
This healing series was created to share practical tools and insights derived from extensive clinical experience and observation. This workshop is designed to empower individuals to implement ideas and tools independently at home.
One of the most common topics discussed in my clinic is weight loss and diabetes management. For some, these issues have recently surfaced, while others have grappled with them for a significant portion of their lives. Often many individuals find that regular exercise fails to yield desired weight loss outcomes.
When it comes to dietary choices, there exists a multitude of diverse perspectives and approaches. Over the past decade, I have personally explored an extensive range of dietary ideologies, spanning from raw veganism to carnivore diets. Recognising that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to food, this workshop aims to delve into a comprehensive discussion of various dietary concepts. We will correlate these concepts with the earlier discourse on bodily functions and draw upon observations and outcomes from patient experiences to identify strategies that have proven effective for the majority of patients.
